Returns policy -

We DO accept returns for the products you have purchased here at SwankySetsLTD. however, we DO NOT offer refunds on discounted and sale items. We offer an exchange only for sale / discounted items.

To arrange return please contact swankysetsx@hotmail.com. Any items you wish to receive a refund on must be returned to us within 28 days of your purchase. We ask that you meet the following requirements to successfully complete your return. Please ensure the following;

  • The items need to be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods. Where an item has tags attached, please ensure these are attached and undamaged upon return.
  • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you don't comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all, and any goods returned to us.
  • Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to return items purchased from us claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and contact you for your refund via the details you have provided to resolve the issue and promptly process your refund as soon as possible.
  • All refunds will be reimbursed to you through the same method of which you used to purchase the goods.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days upon return to be issued and processed to your account. 

We do not offer refunds on Discounted and sale items, you are able to exchange only.

Exchange Policy 

If you are looking to exchange your set for another size/colour, we are more than happy to do so here at SwankySetsLTD. Please just advise ourselves of this when contacting us. Please ensure the following;

  • The items need to be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example boxed items. Where an item has tags attached, please ensure these are attached and undamaged upon return.
  • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you don't comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all, and any goods returned to us.
  • Our exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to exchange items purchased from us claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and contact you accordingly to arrange a exchange.
  • All exchanges will be sent to you through the same address in which you made the original purchase

Shipping Policy 

We ship all items via Royal Mail;

  • All items will be dispatched between 24-48 hours after your order is made! 
  • Once your order is dispatched it will be with you within 1-3 working class days via first class recorded shipping!
  • Tracking will be provided via the Email you provide upon ordering.

Please ensure that all details are correct upon ordering as we will not be liable for sending it to incorrect addresses.
